The Service

LeadROI.ai provides an AI-native operations assessment consisting of 20 questions. Upon completion, the service computes an estimated annual cost of manual operations and a score across five operational dimensions. This score and cost estimate are delivered free of charge.

A personalized action plan and full report are available as a one-time digital purchase for $97 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The full report is generated using AI infrastructure and delivered to the email address you provide upon successful payment.

Payment and Refund Policy

The full report is a digital product delivered immediately upon successful payment processing via Stripe. Because the free tier of LeadROI.ai delivers your score and estimated annual cost of manual operations before any purchase is made, the decision to purchase the full report is an informed one.

All sales are final. Space&Miller LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in the following limited circumstances only: (a) confirmed technical failure on our end preventing report delivery after a reasonable period; (b) a duplicate charge resulting from a payment processing error; or (c) confirmed non-delivery of the report despite a successful payment. Refund requests must be submitted to info@repconn.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details.

We do not offer automatic refunds based on the assessed value of recommendations or on subjective satisfaction with the report content.

Nature of the Service and Estimates Disclaimer

The dollar figures, scores, and operational estimates produced by LeadROI.ai are conservative estimates based on your self-reported answers and industry benchmarks. They are not audited figures, guarantees of financial outcome, or professional valuations. Actual results will depend on the accuracy of your inputs, your implementation of recommendations, your team, your market, and other factors outside our control.

Nothing in the LeadROI.ai service, its reports, or any communication from Space&Miller LLC constitutes professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making significant business decisions based on the service output.

Acceptable Use

You may use LeadROI.ai only for lawful business purposes and only in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in the assessment
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute the assessment framework or report content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute any output from the service without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools to submit assessments or access the service in bulk
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation

Intellectual Property

The LeadROI.ai platform, assessment framework, scoring methodology, and all associated content and branding are owned by Space&Miller LLC. Your personalized report is licensed to you for your own internal business use only. You may not resell, license, or publicly distribute the report or any portion of the assessment methodology.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any specific business outcome will result from use of the service, or that estimates will be accurate for your specific situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Space&Miller LLC's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Space&Miller LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
