LeadROI.ai is a product developed and operated by REPCONN, a brand of Space&Miller LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Space&Miller LLC is the contracting party and data controller for purposes of this policy.

What We Collect and Why

Assessment data

When you complete the LeadROI assessment, we collect the following, on the lawful basis of contractual necessity (to deliver the service you requested) and, where applicable, your consent:

• Your first name, email address, company name, industry, and company size
• Your answers to the 20 assessment questions
• Business metrics you provide: average client value, new clients per month, inbound leads per month
• Your computed scores across our five assessment dimensions
• The AI-generated report produced from your answers (paid customers only)
• Payment status (paid or unpaid). We do not store payment card data; Stripe processes payments directly under PCI DSS compliance.

Analytics data

We use PostHog to collect analytics about how visitors interact with leadroi.ai. This data is collected on the basis of your consent and includes:

• Pages visited and session duration
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Approximate geographic location (country and region, not street address)
• Click events and navigation patterns

PostHog may set cookies on your device. You may opt out of analytics collection at any time by emailing info@repconn.com or by using a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts.

Email communications

If you provide your email address, we will send you your assessment score notification and, if applicable, your paid report. We may also send you information about our services and related updates on the basis of your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email we send.

How We Process Your Data

AI processing

LeadROI generates personalized reports using AI infrastructure operated by Anthropic (Claude AI) and NVIDIA. Both providers are US-based companies. Your assessment data is transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your report. Your data is not processed by foreign AI models.

Service providers (data processors)

We share your data only with the following processors, each under contractual data protection obligations:

• Supabase — database hosting; stores your assessment data and generated reports. US-based with US and EU data center options.
• Stripe — payment processing; handles payment transactions under PCI DSS compliance. Does not share card data with us.
• PostHog — product analytics; collects usage data as described above. May process data in the US.
• Resend — transactional email; delivers your score notification and paid report by email. US-based.
• Anthropic — AI inference; generates your personalized report from your assessment answers. US-based.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not share it for advertising purposes.

International Data Transfers

Space&Miller LLC is a US company and our primary data processing infrastructure is located in the United States. If you access LeadROI.ai from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. We take steps to ensure that international transfers occur under appropriate safeguards, including through contracts with our data processors that incorporate standard data protection clauses.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Essential site functionality (session management, routing)
• Product analytics via PostHog (as described above)

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertising networks. To opt out of analytics cookies, email info@repconn.com.

Your Rights

We honor the following rights for all users, regardless of your location. The provisions that recognize each right are noted in parentheses.

Frameworks We Address

We address the requirements of and honor the rights granted by the following frameworks where applicable to you: the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA); the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR); the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA); applicable Georgia consumer protection laws; the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA); and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

How to Exercise Your Rights

Email info@repconn.com with a description of your request. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Data Retention

We retain your assessment data and generated report for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time as described above. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained for longer periods in aggregate form.

Children

LeadROI.ai is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
